Below is an overview of what the application process involves.
Step 1 - Apply
Applications for all of our vacancies are made via our online application form or you can upload a copy of your CV. On the application form we ask for information like your contact details, education and work experience, so it's a good idea to have all this to hand.
Step 2 - Telephone Interview
If your application is successful you will receive a telephone call from our recruitment team to take part in a telephone interview. The telephone interview give us the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of your experience and skills. It also gives you the chance to ask us any questions regarding the role.
Step 3 - The Interview
If you are successful at the telephone interview, we'll invite you to attend a face to face interview. At interview we're keen to explore your interest in the role, your fit with our values and the key skills and behaviours (competencies) required in role. You can provide this evidence of core competencies by quoting examples of when, why and how you have demonstrated these skills in the past. This lets our interviewers know you have the potential to apply these skills to a role with us. To allow us to progress your application quickly it's critical you bring supporting documentation like passport, which verify your right to work in the UK and driving licences or bank statement, which verify your current address to your interview.
